Terms of service

These terms apply to StreamScoutAI accounts, subscriptions, scan packages, certificates and the browser extension. Product presentation, selected plan and checkout information form part of the contract. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

The service performs a visual, probabilistic risk analysis from submitted images. It does not constitute an authenticity appraisal, valuation or purchase recommendation. Results depend on image quality, product version and available reference data.

• Users must provide accurate account information and protect access credentials.
• Uploads must be lawful and may not infringe third-party rights.
• Manipulation, automated abuse, circumvention of limits and attacks on the service are prohibited.
• The extension only processes supported pages after activation by the user. Optional telemetry can be disabled.
• Account restrictions require documented grounds and can be appealed through support.

Prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled and can be managed through the customer portal. Mandatory pre-contract information and any statutory withdrawal right are provided separately during checkout.

No uninterrupted availability is promised. Liability is governed by mandatory Austrian law; limitations do not apply to intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer claims.

Material changes are communicated transparently before taking effect. Changes requiring consent apply only after consent. Contact: admin@streamscout.tools.
